What We Do
Putting together The Pizza Post Little Chesterton wasn't a big leap for us: Pizza has always been our favorite food and we always were a major part of the pizza catering truck business. When we found that there aren’t that many pizza caterers in Oxfordshire that focus on the customer needs, we made a decision to establish our own business and finally supply the customers with the value, quality and services that they need. And so we took the huge leap of purchasing our personal pizza truck and commenced our Little Chesterton wood fired pizza business. More important to our company than everything is our customers’ experience taking our Naples influenced pizzas, in addition to the thrilling excitement of seeing our genuine catering trucks and experiencing a really memorable experience.

Our Cuisine
What makes all of our pizzas special is the fact that it’s influenced by local pizzas produced in Naples, Italy. Having stayed in Sussex most of our lives, we really wanted to utilize and support local vendors. All of our wood for our kiln is from the heart of woods inside Sussex & all of our dough is delivered by a local Little Chesterton bakery. Fresh is better and so we prepare our own tomato sauce every day prior to an event. For us, doing a highly effective business usually means making great food and giving terrific services. We prepare our workers to have fantastic communication in between each other and of course most especially, with our patrons. We pride ourselves in being expert in addition to being very friendly. We have worked really hard to make a classy yet practical food vehicle that could pull up for just about any party. Irrespective of whether we arrive at a marriage ceremony or perhaps a baby's house party, we are going to provide our own scrumptious pizzas and then leave everyone happy. With our wood covered ceilings and walls, vibrant lights, a magnificent oven & rows of ingredients, that's the spot where the real magic takes place! The best thing about our pizza trucks is always that we are able to serve anywhere around 20-500 people. Our pizza vans look nice with the black outer walls & gold fine details, strings of lights hanging all over the serving hatch & chalkboards to provide an old-fashioned touch.
Right from the start, our company's primary focus was to create the best pizza, and that’s precisely why we actually used as vision. As opposed to compromising for much less, our company imported our own wood fired furnace from Naples city & sent it to us in Oxfordshire. Our homemade tomato sauce is produced fresh new from the top quality ingredients. Our sauce is made with San Marzano tomatoes which come straight from Mount Vesuvius. We make use of fresh basil, fresh garlic as well as Italian extra virgin olive oil. Our dough is procured from our neighborhood Little Chesterton bakery. It will be left to proof for upwards of 24 hours, to make certain that it brings an incredible texture. Supporting local companies & finding quality tasty produce is the vital thing to who we're. Perhaps even the wood we make use of originates from the nearby forests. Together with our assistance, you really be able to enjoy the traditional Italian made pizza flavor you generally sought after.
