Our Pizzas
All of our pizzas are influenced by Naples, Italy. Our very own tomato sauce is prepared totally fresh right before each and every special occasion, our dough is supplied right out the neighborhood Caversfield bakery, & our timber burnt in our kiln is from the very center of Sussex’s forest. To us, doing a successful business enterprise would mean making good food and presenting terrific service. We actually train all of our workers in-house; they will study the basics behind the wood-fire oven and exactly how to deliver competent service ready for the function. A popular belief with food vehicles is usually that we produce the tastes but not the visual appeal? Believe it or not, the exterior of our vans is among one of the things that will wow you. But what’s that they are saying? “It’s not about what is on the outside but what’s on the inside that matters?” Together with our wood-covered walls and ceilings, vivid lights, a notable stove and series of ingredients, this is where the magic comes about! With several trucks entirely equipped, we are prepared for just about any occasion. We could serve events ranging from 20 people to as much as 400-500. We've several pizza vans attired and rearing to go to hold any kind of social gathering that you choose!
Right from the start, our company's focus is to create the very best pizza, & that’s precisely why we used as aspiration. We analyzed the top wood fired oven and found & brought in one straight from Naples itself. These kinds of authentic stoves are what that you currently see in all our vans. Our homemade tomato sauce is produced fresh using the top quality ingredients. Comprising San Marzano Tomatoes that come right from Mount Vesuvius, fresh new and aromatic basil, Italian olive oil and a bit of garlic, our tomato sauce is without doubt a showstopper. The dough is procured directly from our neighborhood Caversfield bakery shop. It's kept to proof for over a day, to make certain that it gives a wonderful texture. We believe in giving to our own community's wellbeing, and thus we assist our local businesses. Our hardwood to ignite the oven is also coming from neighborhood woodlands. All these individual items have been curated together to present you, not just probably the most unforgettable & remarkable experience, but also the most authentic Italian flavor as well.

We couldn’t think of anything at all better! Together with choices to fit the gluten frees, the vegetarians, the vegans, the pescatarians… (Do I have to continue?) It’s a terrific chance to truly push the bounds and give a modern, inspiring and strengthening experience each time. In addition it’s a well-known scientific undeniable fact that all employees work harder when acknowledged with fresh pizza! (Don’t ask for supporting evidence, it got lost within the sauce somewhere!) Your wedding guests might also visit our vehicles where we actually cook the pizza, plus they can select some of the options on the menu. It’s also engaging to observe the pizzas being cooked right before your eyes in the wood fired furnace and being able to eat it fresh and hot from the pizza box.
