Mobile Catering - Oxfordshire
I hired The Pizza Post for my annual celebration. The service was really incredible.
Establishing The Pizza Post Bucknell was not a huge leap for our company: Pizza is without question our absolute favorite recipe and we always were a major part of the pizza catering truck industry. Once we observed that there are not that many pizza caterers in Oxfordshire that focus on the customer needs, we made a decision to develop our very own business and finally give our clients with the quality, value and services that they need. And so we took the big leap of buying our very own pizza van and began our Bucknell wood-fired pizza business. We wished to create a catering experience run by passionate young people who cherish good food. It was actually critical for us to make pizza that would make every customer completely satisfied and also enjoying a little taste of Italy.

Our Pizzas
Many of our pizzas are influenced by Naples city, Italy. Having stayed in Sussex the vast majority of our lifetimes, we wanted to utilize & assist local companies. All of our hardwood burnt in our kiln originates from the heart of woods inside Sussex & our dough is delivered by the local Bucknell bakery. Fresh is perfect so we create our own tomato sauce every day just before a party. For us, operating a good business actually means producing great food items and delivering exceptional services. We actually train the employees in-house; they will study the fundamentals behind the wood-fire furnace and how to deliver high quality service ready for the function. A common belief with foodstuff vehicles is usually that we provide the taste however not the visual appeal? We've worked very hard to create a classy yet functional food van that could pull up for almost any special occasion. But what is that they are saying? “It’s not about what is on the outside but what’s inside that matters most?” Together with our wood covered ceilings and walls, bright lighting, a stunning oven and rows of items, this is actually where the real magic comes about! The great thing about our pizza vehicles is usually that we can easily serve anywhere from 20-500 people. We've got numerous pizza vans kitted out & rearing to go to host any special event of your choosing!
From the very beginning, our company's primary focus is to produce the finest pizzas, and that is the key reason why we used as inspiration. We explored the very best wood-fired oven and found & imported one directly from Naples, Italy itself. These authentic stoves are what you now find in our trucks. Likewise, the tomato sauce is homemade, so we simply use the best possible ingredients. Our tomato sauce is produced with San Marzano tomatoes that come from Mount Vesuvius. We actually utilize fresh basil, garlic as well as Italian olive oil. The bread dough is procured from the neighborhood Bucknell bakery. It is kept to proof for upwards of a day, to make certain that it provides a fantastic texture. We're extremely pleased to state that we source our ingredients domestically within Sussex, ensuring high quality, while concurrently supporting local business owners. Perhaps even the wood we utilize originates from the local forests. These individual items have been curated collectively to give you, not merely probably the most extraordinary & unforgettable experience, but the most genuine Italian taste too.
