Our Offerings
There is a lot more than meets the eye to the way our pizzas are produced. Having resided in Sussex most of our lives, we wanted to work with & support local companies. Our wood burnt in our kiln comes from the center of forests in Sussex and our bread dough is supplied by a neighborhood Watlington bakery. Fresh is perfect and so we prepare our own tomato sauce every single day prior to a function. To us, operating a good business actually means producing outstanding food & providing terrific service. On top of that, we always look to please our clients & exceed their wildest expectations. That is the key reason why we just retain the services of the best people in the marketplace, we prepare employees at their best level to truly offer something which can make patrons completely happy. Our food trucks are providing an authentic set of visuals with an incredible style that will amaze you from the very beginning. The fact is, the exterior of the trucks is just one of the things that will certainly impress you actually. And what is that they say? “It is not really about what is on the exterior but what’s on the inside that matters most?” We just take quality & traditionality seriously, so we promise you will change your thoughts about food vehicles once you find our very own. The beauty of our pizza trucks is usually that we could serve around 20-500 people. We've got a number of vans completely ready, therefore we could easily adapt depending on your current function requirements.
When we were researching the top wood fired pizzas oven, we actually could not come across any better than those from the birth place of pizzas itself, Naples, Italy. We examined the top wood fired oven and discovered and brought in one straight from Naples itself. These kinds of genuine stoves are generally what that you now find in all of our vans. Moreover, the tomato sauce is home made, so we only use the absolute best ingredients. Our sauce is made with San Marzano tomatoes that come from Mount Vesuvius. We actually make use of fresh tulsi, fresh garlic not to mention Italian extra virgin olive oil. The bread dough is sourced from the neighborhood Watlington bakery. It's kept to proof for more than 24 hours, to make sure that it gives an excellent texture. Assisting neighborhood businesses & finding quality yummy produce is vital to exactly who we are. Perhaps even the solid wood we make use of originates from the local forests. These individual ingredients have already been curated collectively to present you, not merely the most extraordinary and memorable life experience, but also the most genuine Italian style too.
