Our Food Items
Naples city in Italy is definitely the birthplace of pizza. We wanted to provide a flavor of typical wood-fired pizza to Little Preston. We went a step further by importing our oven to Kent from Naples. On top of that, our tomato sauce is home made, and we simply use the very best ingredients. We really like fresh items and use local Italian olive oil, basil, and even San Marzano tomatoes acquired directly from Mount Vesuvius. The proof is within the dessert or perhaps in this case in our dough. We source our bread dough from a local Little Preston bakery. It's left to proof for well over 24 hours, to make sure that it gives an amazing texture. We understand in contributing to our own community's well-being, and thus we assist our local companies. Even the wood we use comes from the neighborhood forests. All these unique ingredients have been curated collectively to give you, not merely probably the most extraordinary & unforgettable life experience, but the most authentic Italian style too.
