Exactly what makes our pizza one-of-a-kind is the fact that it is inspired by neighborhood pizzas produced in Naples, Italy. Having stayed in Sussex most of our lives, we preferred to use & assist local small businesses. All of our wood burnt in our kiln is from the center of woods within Sussex and all of our bread dough is supplied by a neighborhood Little Milton bakery. Fresh is better and so we prepare our very own tomato sauce every single day right before an event. We try to maintain a good sense of credibility so we bring in a healthy, one-of-a-kind method with just about everything that we actually do. We coach our staff to possess great communication between each other and of course most especially, with our patrons. We take great pride in ourselves in being expert as well as being very warm & friendly. We have worked really hard to establish a trendy yet practical food vehicle that may pull up for just about any special event. Furthermore, we actually double-down by giving the clientele an amazing experience thanks to these unique catering vans. With all the items laid out ready, fresh bread dough and the wooden fire fired up, you need to simply stand by and watch the real magic happen. The good thing about our pizza vans is usually that we are able to serve anywhere from 20-500 people. The pizza vehicles look fantastic with the black exterior and gold fine details, strings of lights hanging all-around the food hatch and blackboards to provide an old-fashioned touch.
Naples city in Italy is the birthplace of pizzas. We really preferred to bring in a flavor of classic wood-fired pizza to Little Milton. Rather than settling for less, our company brought in our very own wood-fired oven right from Naples city and sent it to us in Oxfordshire. You'll enjoy the taste of our own showstopper tomato sauce. We feel it is important to find and utilize the very best ingredients possible. Consisting of San Marzano Tomatoes which come directly from Mount Vesuvius, fresh & aromatic tulsi, Italian organic olive oil and a touch of fresh garlic, our tomato sauce is obviously a showstopper. The proof is within the pudding or in this particular case inside our dough. We source our bread dough from the local Little Milton bakery. It's left to proof for well over 24 hours, to make certain that it delivers a spectacular texture. We are very pleased to say that we source all our ingredients locally right here in Sussex, ensuring quality, while simultaneously helping local businesses. Our hardwood to ignite the furnace is likewise coming from local woodlands. All these unique items have been curated collectively to present you, not only the most extraordinary and memorable life experience, but the most traditional Italian flavor too.
