Our Cuisine
Our pizzas are actually influenced by Naples city, Italy. Having resided in Sussex the vast majority of our lives, we preferred to use & help local vendors. Our wood for our kiln comes from the center of woods inside Sussex and our dough is delivered by a local Hove bakery. Fresh is perfect and so we create our tomato sauce every day prior to a function. We have a strong belief in customer care as well as take great pride ourselves in having terrific communication with the clients & office staff. Our firm trains the staff members to possess nice communication in between each other and needless to say most especially, with our clients. We take great pride in ourselves in being expert in addition to being highly warm & friendly. Very well, with dark paint and gold detailing, all of us already are on the right track however, when we park in place, hang up all those lights, get that blackboard outside & add the very final information, we will have changed your thoughts with regards to food trucks. So what is that they are saying? “It’s not about what’s on the outside but what’s inside that counts?” We take quality and traditionalism seriously, so we assure you will certainly change your mind about food vehicles once you discover our very own. With several vehicles entirely equipped, our company is prepared for any event. We could serve events that range in number from 20 or so people up to 400-500. Our pizza vans look really good with all the black external surfaces & gold fine details, strings of lights hanging all over the food hatch and blackboards to include a traditional touch.
While we were researching the best wood-fired pizzas furnace, we actually couldn’t come across any better than those from the birth place of pizzas itself, Naples, Italy. As opposed to compromising for less, we brought in our very own wood-fired furnace from Naples city & delivered it to us in East Sussex. You'll cherish the taste of our showstopper tomato sauce. We believe it is essential to find and use the best ingredients possible. Composing of San Marzano Tomato fruits which come right from Mount Vesuvius, fresh & aromatic tulsi, Italian organic olive oil plus a touch of fresh garlic, the tomato sauce is obviously a showstopper. The proof is inside the dessert or in this particular case inside our dough. We source our bread dough right from a neighborhood Hove bakery. It's left to proof for almost twenty four hours, which gives the superb texture which we take great pride in. We believe in contributing to our own community's well-being, and so we aid our neighborhood companies. We're really focused on preparing the pizza as traditional as feasible, and we spare no expense when it comes to bringing these astounding ideas to daily life. With our assistance, you truly get to appreciate the traditional Italian made pizza taste you always wanted.
