Our Pizzas
All of our pizzas are actually inspired by Naples city, Italy. Having lived in Sussex most of our lifetimes, we wished to use and assist local small businesses. All of our hardwood burnt in our kiln originates from the heart of woods in Sussex and our bread dough is supplied by the local Bell Hill bakery. Fresh is better so we produce our tomato sauce each day prior to a special event. To us, operating a flourishing business enterprise usually means preparing excellent food & delivering excellent services. On top of that, we constantly aim to satisfy the clients and also go beyond even their biggest anticipations. That is the reason why we only employ the top people in the industry, we train everyone at their best level to truly provide something that will make clients completely happy. Each of our food trucks are offering a true set of visuals and an incredible style that will astound you right from the start. We've worked hard to produce a trendy yet functional food van that could pull up for just about any function. But what’s that they are saying? “It is not about what’s on the exterior but what’s on the inside that matters most?” Together with our wood-covered walls and roofs, vivid lights, a stunning oven and series of items, this is actually where the real magic occurs! The fantastic thing about our pizza vans is that we could cater to anywhere around 20-500 individuals. We've several pizza vehicles attired & rearing to visit to host just about any party of your choosing!
Naples city in Italy is the birth place of pizza. We really preferred to provide a flavor of traditional wood fired pizzas to Bell Hill. We checked out the best wood-fired furnace and found and imported one right from Naples, Italy itself. These kinds of traditional stoves are generally what you currently see in every one of our vans. You'll love the taste of our tomato sauce. We believe it is essential to find and use the very best ingredients possible. Consisting of San Marzano Tomatoes which come from Mount Vesuvius, fresh and aromatic basil, Italian organic olive oil as well as a bit of garlic, the tomato sauce is undoubtedly a showstopper. The proof is within the dessert or in this case in our dough. We source our dough right from a neighborhood Bell Hill bakery. It is left to proof for almost one day, giving the amazing texture which we take great pride in. We understand in contributing to our community's wellbeing, and thus we help our local businesses. Perhaps even the solid wood we make use of comes from the neighborhood woodlands. All these individual ingredients have already been curated collectively to give you, not just the most memorable and extraordinary experience, but also the most genuine Italian taste too.
