What We Do
Putting together The Pizza Post Wroxton wasn't a huge leap for us: Pizza has always been our much-loved recipe and we always were a major part of the pizza catering truck industry. Exploring Oxfordshire we observed there seems to be a lack of truly scrumptious, authentic pizza. And so we took the giant leap of getting our very own pizza van and started our Wroxton wood-fired pizza business. We wanted to create a catering experience run by passionate young adults who value good food. It absolutely was important to us to produce pizza that would leave behind every single client happy and experiencing a little taste of Italy.

Our Food Items
Many of our pizzas are actually influenced by Naples, Italy. Having lived in Sussex the majority of our lives, we really wanted to work with & help local vendors. Our wood burnt in our kiln originates from the heart of forests within Sussex and our dough is supplied by the neighborhood Wroxton bakery. Fresh is perfect so we create our very own tomato sauce day-to-day prior to a special event. We attempt to maintain a good sense of genuineness and we add a natural, one-of-a-kind method with just about everything that our company undertake. We coach our employees to have fantastic communication between each other and needless to say most especially, with the patrons. We take great pride in ourselves in remaining professional as well as simply being truly warm and friendly. Believe it or not, the outside of the trucks is among one of the things which will definitely attract you. Irrespective of whether we head to a marriage or simply a baby's house party, we are going to provide our appetizing pizza and then leave everyone very satisfied. We can serve occasions that range from 20 or so people up to 500. The pizza vehicles look wonderful together with the black outer walls & gold details, lights hanging all over the serving hatch and chalkboards to include an old-fashioned touch.
When we were exploring the top wood-fired pizza oven, we couldn’t find any better compared to those belonging to the homeland of pizza itself, Naples, Italy. We actually went one step even more by importing the oven to Oxfordshire directly from Naples. You certainly will cherish the tastes of our own tomato sauce. We know it is very important source and utilize the right ingredients possible. We really like fresh items and use local Italian extra virgin olive oil, tulsi, and even San Marzano tomato fruits acquired from Mount Vesuvius. The bread dough is procured from our neighborhood Wroxton bakery. It proves for 24 hours which helps provide the dough a superb structure, ideal for pizzas. We understand in giving to our own community's well-being, and therefore we help our local businesses. Our hardwood to ignite the oven is likewise from local woodlands. With our assistance, you actually get to appreciate the typical Italian made pizza flavor you generally wanted.
