Our Pizzas
Exactly what makes all of our pizzas one-of-a-kind is the fact that it’s influenced by native pizza made in Naples. Having stayed in Sussex most of our lives, we wanted to work with and help local companies. Our wood burnt in our kiln originates from the heart of woods within Sussex & our bread dough is supplied by the local West Leigh bakery. Fresh is better so we produce our very own tomato sauce every single day just before an event. We have a good belief in customer care and take great pride inside ourselves having excellent communication with the customers and workers. Also, we always look to please our clients as well as meet or exceed even their wildest expectations. That’s the reason why we only employ the top persons in this industry, we prepare everybody at the optimum level to really provide something that will make clients satisfied. A standard misconception with foodstuff vehicles is usually that we deliver the tastes but not the looks? We've worked very hard to create a trendy yet functional food van that may pull up for almost any special event. Irrespective of whether we arrive at a marriage ceremony or a child’s birthday celebration, we are going to give our appetizing pizza and leave everyone satisfied. We take traditionality and quality seriously, and we guarantee you will change your mind about food vehicles once you see our very own. Our walls & roofs are covered with solid wood, & almost everything within our vehicles is well-arranged enough where we could serve from 20 to 500 people. The pizza vans look really good with the black outer walls and gold fine details, lights hanging around the serving hatch & chalkboards to include an old-fashioned touch.
Naples city in Italy is definitely the birthplace of pizzas. We actually wanted to provide a flavor of traditional wood fired pizza to West Leigh. We went one step even more by actually importing our furnace to Hampshire directly from Naples. Our homemade tomato sauce is made fresh new out of the finest quality items. We absolutely love fresh new ingredients and utilize neighborhood Italian olive oil, tulsi, and even San Marzano tomato fruits sourced directly from Mount Vesuvius. Our dough is procured from the local West Leigh bakery. It is actually left behind to proof for more than 24 hours, giving the nice texture which we pride ourselves on. We are very pleased to convey that we source our items domestically within Sussex, ensuring high-quality, while concurrently supporting local companies. Our hardwood to fire the furnace is also from neighborhood woodlands. These unique items have already been curated together to provide you, not merely the most unforgettable and remarkable experience, but the most traditional Italian flavor as well.
