Our Pizzas
There is a lot much more than meets the eye to the way our very own pizzas are prepared. Having lived in Sussex the vast majority of our lives, we really wanted to work with & help local companies. All of our wood burnt in our kiln originates from the heart of woods in Sussex & our dough is supplied by a neighborhood West Green bakery. Fresh is perfect therefore we create our tomato sauce on a daily basis prior to a special event. We have got a strong belief in customer care and also take great pride inside ourselves having fantastic communication with the clients and staff. We educate our staff to have nice communication in between each other and of course most especially, with our clients. We take great pride in ourselves in remaining specialized as well as being very warm and friendly. In fact, the outside of our vehicles is just one of the things that is going to impress you. But what is that they state? “It is not about what’s on the exterior but what’s on the inside that matters most?” Together with our wood covered roofs & walls, vibrant lamps, a striking oven and rows of ingredients, this is actually where the magic happens! With a number of vans 100 % equipped, we're prepared for any party. We could cater to events ranging from 20 or so people to as much as 500. The pizza vans look fantastic with the black external surfaces & gold fine details, strings of lights hanging around the serving hatch and blackboards to provide a traditional touch.
When we were researching the very best wood-fired pizza oven, we couldn’t find any better compared to those from the homeland of pizza itself, Naples. We went a step further by importing our furnace to Hampshire straight from Naples. You'll like the taste of our own showstopper tomato sauce. We feel it is very important find and use the right ingredients available. Our own tomato sauce is produced with San Marzano tomatoes which come directly from Mount Vesuvius. We utilize fresh tulsi, fresh garlic and of course Italian olive oil. The dough is procured from our neighborhood West Green bakery shop. It proves all day and night that helps give the dough an excellent texture, most suitable for pizza. We are very proud to say that we get our ingredients locally right here in Sussex, guaranteeing quality, whilst simultaneously helping local companies. Our hardwood to fire the furnace is also coming from neighborhood forests. With our help, you really get to take pleasure in the typical Italian made pizza taste and flavor you generally desired.
