What makes our pizzas one-of-a-kind is the fact that it’s inspired by native pizzas produced in Naples. Our very own tomato sauce is prepared totally fresh prior to each and every special occasion, our bread dough is transported straight from the neighborhood Townsend bakery, and our wooden burnt in our kiln originates from the heart of Sussex’s forest. To us, doing a flourishing business usually means producing good food and providing exceptional service. Our firm educates the staff members to have fantastic communication between each other and needless to say most especially, with our clients. We pride ourselves in being specialized as well as being very warm & friendly. Believe it or not, the exterior of our vehicles is among one of the things which will definitely wow you. But what’s that they state? “It is not really about what’s on the exterior but what’s inside that counts?” With all the contents arranged ready, fresh new dough and also the wooden fire fired up, you only need to stand by and see the real magic take place. The walls & ceilings are enclosed in solid wood, and every little thing within our trucks is well-organized enough where we can serve up from 20 up to 500 men and women. We've several pizza vehicles attired and raising to go to hold just about any festivity that you choose!
While we were studying the very best wood fired pizza oven, we could not come across any better than those coming from the homeland of pizza itself, Naples, Italy. Rather than compromising for much less, we brought in our very own wood fired oven from Naples city & delivered it to us here in Oxfordshire. Our home made tomato sauce is made fresh new from the very best quality ingredients. Consisting of San Marzano Tomato fruits that come straight from Mount Vesuvius, fresh & aromatic tulsi, Italian organic olive oil along with a touch of garlic, the tomato sauce is certainly a showstopper. The dough is sourced from our neighborhood Townsend bakery shop. It proves all day and night which helps give the dough a superb texture, well suited for pizzas. We understand in giving to our own community's well-being, and therefore we help our neighborhood companies. Perhaps even the wood we utilize originates from the neighborhood forests. These unique ingredients have already been curated collectively to provide you, not merely probably the most remarkable & unforgettable experience, but the most authentic Italian taste too.
