Our Pizzas
There is a lot more than meets the eye to exactly how our pizzas are produced. Having stayed in Sussex most of our lifetimes, we really preferred to work with & assist local vendors. Much of our hardwood for our kiln comes from the center of forests in Sussex & our dough is delivered by the local Sunnymead bakery. Fresh is perfect and so we produce our own tomato sauce each day right before a party. We have a solid belief in customer care and pride inside ourselves having superb communication with the clients and employees. On top of that, we continually look to satisfy the clientele & meet or exceed even their biggest expectations. That’s the key reason why we only employ the best persons in the industry, we prepare everybody at the best level to truly give something that could make patrons pleased. We pride ourselves in truly being professional as well as being extremely warm & friendly. Well, with dark color & gold detailing, all of us have already been on the right course but when we park up, hang up all those lights, take that blackboard out and add some very final particulars, we will already have changed your mind with regards to food trucks. Whether we arrive at a wedding event or a baby's birthday party, we are going to provide our yummy pizzas and then leave everyone extremely satisfied. With our wood-covered walls & roofs, vibrant lights, an amazing oven & rows of items, that's the spot where the magic comes about! With several vehicles entirely equipped, we're prepared for any kind of party. We can serve gatherings that range in number from 20 people up to 500. The pizza vans look nice together with the black external surfaces & gold fine details, strings of lights hanging all over the food hatch and chalkboards to include a rustic touch.
From the very start, our main objective is to make the finest pizza, and that is the reason why we utilized as inspiration. We actually went a step further by importing the oven to Oxfordshire directly from Naples. Likewise, our tomato sauce is homemade, so we only use the absolute best food items. Our sauce is made with San Marzano tomatoes which come from Mount Vesuvius. We utilize fresh tulsi, garlic and of course Italian olive oil. The dough is sourced directly from our neighborhood Sunnymead bakery shop. It will be kept to proof for upwards of a day, to ensure that it brings a spectacular texture. Supporting neighborhood businesses and obtaining high-quality scrumptious produce is crucial to who we're. Even the solid wood we use comes from the nearby woodlands. Together with our assistance, you actually get to enjoy the typical Italian pizza taste and flavor you generally preferred.
