There's a lot much more than you'd think to the way in which our pizzas are produced. Our very own tomato sauce is produced totally fresh just before each and every function, our dough is transported right out the neighborhood South Moreton bakery, and our timber burnt in our kiln originates from the center of Sussex’s woods. We attempt to keep up a good sense of genuineness and we include a healthy, completely unique approach with everything that we actually do. We prepare our staff to have nice communication in between each other and needless to say most especially, with our customers. We take great pride in ourselves in truly being specialized while also being truly friendly. Well, with darker paint and gold detailing, we have already been on the right track however, when we park up, display all those lighting, take that chalkboard out and add the final particulars, we will already have changed your mind about food trucks. Besides that, we actually double-down by supplying the customers an incredible experience because of these amazing catering vans. With our wood covered walls and roofs, vivid lights, a striking stove & rows of items, that's the spot where the magic takes place! While we were studying the top wood fired pizzas furnace, we couldn’t find any better than those from the homeland of pizza itself, Naples. We actually went a step even more by importing our oven to Oxfordshire directly from Naples. Additionally, the tomato sauce is home made, so we just use the very best ingredients. Our tomato sauce is produced with San Marzano tomatoes which come directly from Mount Vesuvius. We actually use fresh basil, fresh garlic and definitely Italian extra virgin olive oil. The proof is inside the dessert or in this case inside our dough. We source our bread dough from the local South Moreton bakery. It is actually left to proof for over twenty four hours, giving the superb texture which we pride ourselves on. We understand in giving to our own community's well-being, and thus we assist our local businesses. Even the solid wood we make use of originates from the neighborhood woodlands. We worked very hard to produce a true experience so you're able to taste fresh made Italian style pizzas which is traditional & scrumptious. We want you to definitely enjoy the whole experience.
