Our Food Offerings
What makes all of our pizzas completely unique is the fact that it’s inspired by native pizzas made in Naples. Our tomato sauce is actually made totally fresh prior to every special event, our bread dough is supplied straight from the neighborhood Shores Green bakery, and our wood burnt in our kiln is from the heart of Sussex’s forest. We strive to maintain a sense of genuineness and we include a natural, one-of-a-kind procedure with just about everything that we actually undertake. We educate our staff members to have great communication between each other and of course most especially, with our clients. Each of our food vehicles are providing a realistic variety of visuals plus an outstanding style that could amaze you from the very beginning. Very well, with darker paint & gold detailing, we already are on the right course but once we park up, display all those lights, take that chalkboard out and add the very final information, we will already have changed your thoughts with regards to food trucks. So what’s that they are saying? “It’s not really about what is on the outside but what’s on the inside that counts?” With our wood-covered ceilings and walls, dazzling lighting, a notable oven and rows of ingredients, this is where the magic happens! With a number of vehicles fully equipped, we're ready for any celebration. We can easily serve gatherings ranging in number from 20 or so people up to 500. Our pizza trucks look really good together with the black exterior & gold details, strings of lights hanging around the serving hatch and chalkboards to add a traditional touch.
