Our Cuisine
Many of our pizzas are influenced by Naples city, Italy. Having stayed in Sussex the vast majority of our lifetimes, we really wanted to use & support local providers. Much of our hardwood burnt in our kiln originates from the heart of forests inside Sussex & all of our bread dough is delivered by the neighborhood Lunsfords Cross bakery. Fresh is perfect so we create our own tomato sauce every single day before an event. We have got a solid belief in support services and also take great pride ourselves in having excellent communication with our clients & employees. We train all of our staff in house; they will learn the basics right behind the wood-fire oven and exactly how to deliver expert service ready for the party. The food vehicles are providing a classic set of visuals with an amazing style that will blow you away from the very beginning. Well, with darker color and gold detailing, we are already on the right track however, when we park up, display those lighting, take that chalkboard out & add some final information, we'll already have changed your thoughts about food vans. Whether we come to a marriage ceremony or perhaps a child’s birthday party, we'll give our delicious pizza and then leave you happy. With all of the contents arranged ready, fresh new bread dough as well as the wooden fire ignited, you only need to stand by and see the real magic happen. With a number of vehicles totally equipped, we're totally ready for just about any party. We could serve events ranging in number from 20 or so individuals to as much as 500. The pizza vehicles look fantastic with all the black exterior and gold details, lights hanging around the serving hatch and blackboards to provide a traditional touch.
