Our Food Offerings
There is a lot more than meets the eye to just how our pizzas are prepared. Having lived in Sussex the vast majority of our lifetimes, we wanted to utilize & help local vendors. All of our wood for our kiln comes from the center of woods within Sussex and our bread dough is supplied by the neighborhood Iwade bakery. Fresh is best and so we produce our very own tomato sauce each day before a party. We have a strong belief in customer satisfaction and take great pride inside ourselves maintaining good communication with the customers & office staff. Our company trains the staff to possess nice communication in between each other and needless to say most importantly, with our patrons. A popular belief with foodstuff trucks is usually that we deliver the taste but not the visual appearance? Believe it or not, the outside of the vans is just one of the things that is going to delight you. But what’s that they are saying? “It is not about what is on the outside but what’s inside that counts?” We just take traditionalism & quality seriously, therefore we promise you will certainly change your thoughts with regards to food vans once you see our own. The walls & ceilings are covered with wood, and every little thing within our trucks is well-arranged enough where we can easily serve from 20 up to 500 individuals. We've got multiple vans ready, therefore we can readily adjust depending on your function needs.
Naples city in Italy is definitely the birth place of pizzas. We actually desired to provide a taste of traditional wood fired pizzas to Iwade. We analyzed the top wood fired furnace and discovered and brought in one from Naples itself. These genuine ovens are what you currently see in all our vehicles. Furthermore, our tomato sauce is home made, and we only utilize the very best food items. We absolutely love fresh new ingredients and make use of neighborhood Italian olive oil, basil, and even San Marzano tomato fruits procured directly from Mount Vesuvius. The dough is procured directly from our local Iwade bakery shop. It is left behind to proof for longer than 24 hours, giving the nice texture that we take great pride in. We understand in giving to our community's wellbeing, and thus we help our local businesses. Our hardwood to fire the furnace is likewise from neighborhood forests. We worked hard to create a true experience so you're able to taste freshly made Italian style pizzas which is traditional & yummy. We want you to ultimately enjoy the whole experience.
