While we were exploring the very best wood fired pizzas oven, we actually could not locate any better than those coming from the birth place of pizza itself, Naples, Italy. We actually went one step even more by importing the oven to Oxfordshire from Naples. You will adore the tastes of our own showstopper tomato sauce. We feel it is important to find and utilize the very best ingredients available. We really love fresh items and use local Italian extra virgin olive oil, basil, and also San Marzano tomato fruits acquired straight from Mount Vesuvius. The proof is in the pudding or perhaps in this case in our dough. We source our bread dough from the local Idstone bakery. It is actually left to proof for almost one day, that provides the great texture which we take great pride in. We're proud to state that we source all our ingredients locally within Sussex, ensuring top quality, while concurrently helping local companies. Our wood to fire the oven is likewise right from neighborhood woodlands. All these unique ingredients have already been curated collectively to present you, not only the most unforgettable and extraordinary life experience, but the most authentic Italian taste too.
