Our Pizzas
Naples in Italy is the birth place of pizzas. We really desired to bring in a flavor of traditional wood fired pizza to Hook End. We explored the very best wood-fired oven and discovered & brought in one right from Naples itself. These genuine stoves are actually what that you currently find in our trucks. Our homemade tomato sauce is made fresh out of the top quality items. We absolutely love fresh ingredients and use local Italian extra virgin olive oil, basil, and even San Marzano tomato fruits procured straight from Mount Vesuvius. The proof is inside the dessert or perhaps in this particular case inside our dough. We source our dough from a neighborhood Hook End bakery. It is left behind to proof for almost twenty four hours, which provides the amazing texture that we pride ourselves on. We understand in contributing to our own community's wellbeing, and therefore we aid our neighborhood businesses. Our hardwood to fire the furnace is also right from local jungles. With our assistance, you actually get to enjoy the classic Italian pizza taste and flavor you always wished for.
