What makes all of our pizzas special is actually it is influenced by local pizza made in Naples, Italy. Our very own tomato sauce is prepared totally fresh prior to every occasion, our bread dough is delivered straight from the local Headington bakery, and our wood burnt in our kiln originates from the very center of Sussex’s woods. To us, doing a flourishing business enterprise would mean preparing excellent food & offering extremely good services. Additionally, we continually strive to please our clientele & go beyond even their biggest anticipations. When we were researching the best wood-fired pizzas furnace, we couldn’t discover any better compared to those belonging to the origin of pizza itself, Naples, Italy. We went one step further by importing our furnace to Oxfordshire straight from Naples. Our homemade tomato sauce is made fresh using the top quality items. Comprising San Marzano Tomato fruits which come straight from Mount Vesuvius, fresh & fragrant basil, Italian organic olive oil along with a bit of fresh garlic, our tomato sauce is no doubt a showstopper. The proof is in the pudding or in this case inside our dough. We procure our bread dough from the neighborhood Headington bakery. It proves for 24 hours that helps give the bread dough an excellent texture, well suited for pizza. We understand in contributing to our own community's wellbeing, and thus we assist our neighborhood companies. Perhaps even the wood we utilize comes from the local woodlands. These unique ingredients have been curated collectively to give you, not only the most memorable & remarkable experience, but the most genuine Italian taste too.
