Our Offerings
Exactly what makes all of our pizzas special is actually it’s influenced by native pizzas made in Naples, Italy. Having resided in Sussex the majority of our lifetimes, we wanted to use and assist local small businesses. All of our hardwood burnt in our kiln is from the center of woods within Sussex and all of our dough is supplied by a local Hardwick bakery. Fresh is better and so we make our very own tomato sauce on a daily basis before an occasion. We strive to maintain a real sense of credibility so we bring in a healthy, one-of-a-kind approach with pretty much everything that we actually do. We actually train our employees in house; they will learn the basics associated with the wood-fire furnace and ways to offer professional services ready for your event. We pride ourselves in being specialized as well as being truly friendly. We've worked very hard to make a classy yet functional food van that may pull-up for just about any event. So what’s that they are saying? “It’s not about what’s on the outside but what’s on the inside that counts?” Together with our wood-covered walls & ceilings, vibrant lights, a magnificent stove and rows of items, that's where the magic comes about! With many vehicles totally equipped, we are well prepared for just about any special event. We can easily serve events that range in number from 20 people to as much as 500. The pizza trucks look wonderful with all the black exterior & gold fine details, strings of lights hanging all over the serving hatch and chalkboards to include an old-fashioned touch.
From the very beginning, our primary focus was to make the finest pizza, and that’s precisely why we actually utilized as inspiration. We researched the very best wood-fired oven and discovered & brought in one straight from Naples itself. These kinds of authentic stoves are what you currently find in every one of our vehicles. You certainly will cherish the tastes of our own tomato sauce. We believe it is essential to find and use the right ingredients available. Our own tomato sauce is made with San Marzano tomatoes that come directly from Mount Vesuvius. We actually make use of organic tulsi, garlic and definitely Italian extra virgin olive oil. The proof is in the pudding or in this particular case inside our dough. We procure our bread dough from a local Hardwick bakery. It proves for 24 hours which will help provide the bread dough an excellent texture, most suitable for pizza. Assisting neighborhood businesses & finding high-quality delicious produce is vital to who we're. Our wood to ignite the oven is likewise coming from local jungles. We have worked hard to establish a true experience so you can taste fresh made Italian pizza that is traditional & yummy. We really want you to definitely enjoy the total experience.
