Our Offerings
What makes all of our pizzas one-of-a-kind is the fact that it is influenced by neighborhood pizzas produced in Naples. Having stayed in Sussex the vast majority of our lives, we wished to utilize and help local companies. Much of our hardwood burnt in our kiln originates from the heart of woods in Sussex & all of our bread dough is provided by the neighborhood Gingers Green bakery. Fresh is better therefore we produce our very own tomato sauce day-to-day just before an occasion. We attempt to keep up a sense of genuineness and we bring in a natural, completely unique approach with pretty much everything that we actually carry out. We actually prepare all of our employees internally; they will study the basics behind the wood-fire furnace and ways to offer expert service completely ready for your party. One common belief with food vehicles is that we produce the tastes but not the visual appeal? The fact is, the exterior of our vans is just one of the things which will definitely delight you. Whether we come to a wedding event or perhaps a child’s birthday party, we'll deliver our own delicious pizzas and leave you extremely happy. With our wood covered roofs & walls, dazzling lighting, a notable stove and series of items, this is where the real magic occurs! The good thing about our pizza vans is always that we could cater to about 20-500 individuals. We have several vehicles completely ready, so we can simply adjust depending on your current function needs.
Naples city in Italy is the birth place of pizza. We actually preferred to provide a taste of classic wood-fired pizza to Gingers Green. Rather than settling for less, we imported our own wood fired furnace from Naples city & delivered it to us in East Sussex. You certainly will like the tastes of our showstopper tomato sauce. We know it is important to source and utilize the top ingredients possible. Our own tomato sauce is made with San Marzano tomatoes which come directly from Mount Vesuvius. We use organic tulsi, fresh garlic and of course Italian olive oil. The proof is in the pudding or perhaps in this particular case inside our dough. We source our bread dough from the neighborhood Gingers Green bakery. It proves all day and night that helps give the bread dough a wonderful structure, perfect for pizza. We're very pleased to convey that we all get all of our ingredients locally here in Sussex, making sure top quality, whilst simultaneously supporting local business owners. We are very devoted to producing our pizza as authentic as feasible, so we spare no expense when it comes to bringing all these wonderful secrets to life.
