Our Pizzas
There is a lot more than meets the eye to exactly how our pizzas are produced. Having resided in Sussex most of our lives, we really wanted to work with and support local providers. Our wood for our kiln is from the heart of forests within Sussex and our dough is supplied by a neighborhood Gibralter bakery. Fresh is better and so we prepare our tomato sauce on a daily basis right before a special event. We try to keep up a real sense of authenticity and therefore we include a natural, special method with everything that we carry out. We train our staff in-house; they study the fundamentals associated with the wood-fire stove and exactly how to give expert service ready for your function. Each of our food vehicles are offering an authentic set of visuals with an incredible style that will astound you right away. We've worked really hard to establish a stylish yet functional food vehicle that could pull-up for just about any occasion. And what is that they actually say? “It’s not really about what is on the outside but what’s on the inside that counts?” We take traditionality and quality seriously, therefore we guarantee you will certainly change your thoughts with regards to food vans once you discover our very own. Our walls & ceilings are enclosed in wood, and everything in the trucks is well-arranged enough where we could serve up from 20 to as much as 500 men and women. Our pizza trucks look fantastic with the black outer walls & gold details, strings of lights hanging all-around the food hatch & blackboards to add an old-fashioned touch.
