Our Food Items
While we were researching the best wood-fired pizzas oven, we actually could not find any better compared to those coming from the birthplace of pizzas itself, Naples, Italy. We analyzed the top wood fired oven and found & imported one straight from Naples, Italy itself. These traditional stoves are actually what you currently see in all of our vans. You'll enjoy the taste of our tomato sauce. We know it is very important source and use the very best ingredients available. Our own sauce is made with San Marzano tomatoes that come from Mount Vesuvius. We utilize fresh new tulsi, fresh garlic and definitely Italian extra virgin olive oil. The proof is inside the pudding or perhaps in this case in our dough. We procure our dough right from a neighborhood Cumnor Hill bakery. It is left to proof for longer than one day, giving the truly great texture that we pride ourselves on. We're very pleased to say that we all source all our ingredients domestically within Sussex, ensuring quality, while simultaneously supporting local business owners. We're really centered on preparing the pizzas as authentic as feasible, and we spare no expense with regards to delivering these incredible secrets to life. We have worked hard to produce a genuine experience so you can taste fresh made Italian style pizza which happens to be rustic & yummy. We want you to ultimately have the complete experience.
