Our Pizzas
All of our pizzas are influenced by Naples city, Italy. Having lived in Sussex most of our lifetimes, we preferred to use and assist local companies. Our hardwood burnt in our kiln is from the center of forests in Sussex and all of our dough is provided by the local Crowsley bakery. Fresh is better and so we make our own tomato sauce on a daily basis right before a party. For us, doing a successful business enterprise would mean preparing very good food and offering terrific services. We train the workers in house; they will learn the fundamentals right behind the wood-fire stove and exactly how to give competent services ready for the event. Each of our food vans are providing a realistic variety of visuals with an awesome style which will blow you away right away. Actually, the outside of our vehicles is truly one of the things which is going to delight you actually. Whether we arrive at a wedding ceremony or simply a child’s birthday party, we'll supply our yummy pizzas and leave you satisfied. We take quality & traditionalism very seriously, and we promise you will change your thoughts with regards to food trucks once you find our own. The walls & ceilings are enclosed in solid wood, and every little thing inside our vans is well-organized enough where we are able to serve from 20 to 500 individuals. We've got numerous vehicles geared up, therefore we can easily adapt according to your party requirements.
When we were studying the very best wood-fired pizzas furnace, we could not find any better than those belonging to the homeland of pizzas itself, Naples. We examined the top wood fired oven and found and brought in one from Naples, Italy itself. These genuine ovens are actually what you now see in our trucks. You will like the taste of our own showstopper tomato sauce. We know it is essential to source and use the best quality ingredients possible. Our tomato sauce is produced with San Marzano tomatoes that come from Mount Vesuvius. We actually make use of fresh tulsi, garlic not to mention Italian olive oil. The proof is within the pudding or in this particular case in our dough. We procure our bread dough from the neighborhood Crowsley bakery. It is actually left behind to proof for over 24 hours, giving the amazing texture that we take great pride in. We are very pleased to say that we get all of our items domestically within Sussex, making sure high-quality, while concurrently helping local business owners. Our wood to ignite the oven is also right from local woodlands. Together with our help, you actually get to take pleasure in the classic Italian pizza taste you generally wanted.
