Our Cuisine
All of our pizzas are actually influenced by Naples, Italy. Every single pizza we actually create is fresh, our company also make the tomato sauce right before the event, plus the dough originates from neighborhood Crowell Hill bakeries. Also the hardwood for our kiln is obtained right from the forest in Sussex. We strive to keep up a real sense of genuineness so we add a natural, distinct method with pretty much everything that we do. Our company educates the staff to possess fantastic communication between each other and needless to say most importantly, with the clients. One general misconception with foodstuff trucks is that we deliver the taste but not the visual appeal? Well, with dark paint and gold detailing, we are already on the right track however, when we park up, hang up all those lighting, get that blackboard out and add the very final particulars, we will already have transformed your thoughts regarding food vehicles. And what’s that they are saying? “It is not really about what’s on the outside but what’s on the inside that matters most?” With our wood-covered walls & ceilings, bright lighting, a stunning stove & rows of items, this is where the magic takes place! With several vans completely equipped, our company is prepared for just about any event. We are able to cater to occasions ranging in number from 20 or so individuals up to 400-500. We've got several vehicles geared up, therefore we can readily adjust in line with your current function requirements.
Naples city in Italy is the birthplace of pizzas. We really preferred to bring a taste of classic wood-fired pizza to Crowell Hill. As opposed to settling for less, our company imported our own wood fired oven from Naples city & delivered it to us in Oxfordshire. Our home made tomato sauce is produced fresh new using the top quality items. We love fresh ingredients and utilize local Italian extra virgin olive oil, tulsi, and also San Marzano tomatoes acquired directly from Mount Vesuvius. The dough is sourced from the neighborhood Crowell Hill bakery. It is left to proof for over 24 hours, which provides the amazing texture that we take great pride in. We believe in contributing to our own community's well-being, and thus we assist our neighborhood businesses. Our hardwood to ignite the furnace is also coming from nearby forests. We worked really hard to produce a true experience so you're able to taste freshly made Italian style pizza that is traditional & delicious. We really want you to definitely enjoy the whole experience.
