Our Pizzas
There is a lot much more than meets the eye to the way our very own pizzas are produced. Our tomato sauce is actually prepared fresh before each and every special occasion, our bread dough is transported right out the neighborhood Catslip bakery, and our wood burnt in our kiln comes from the heart of Sussex’s forest. We strive to maintain a real sense of authenticity and we include a natural, special method with just about everything that we actually do. Our company trains employees to possess effective communication in between each other and of course most especially, with the customers. A popular belief with food trucks is usually that we provide the taste however maybe not the looks? We have now worked hard to establish a trendy yet functional food vehicle that may pull up to any kind of occasion. Besides that, we actually double-down by providing the customers a wonderful experience thanks to these spectacular catering vehicles. Together with our wood covered walls and ceilings, vibrant lamps, a notable oven and series of items, that's the spot where the magic occurs! The good thing about our pizza trucks is usually that we can serve around 20-500 people. Our pizza trucks look nice with the black exterior and gold details, lights hanging all-around the food hatch and blackboards to provide an old-fashioned touch.
When we were exploring the very best wood fired pizzas oven, we actually couldn’t find any better compared to those coming from the birth place of pizzas itself, Naples. We went one step more by actually bringing in the oven to Oxfordshire straight from Naples. You'll like the taste of our tomato sauce. We feel it's important to find and utilize the best quality ingredients possible. Composing of San Marzano Tomato fruits that come directly from Mount Vesuvius, fresh and aromatic tulsi, Italian olive oil as well as a bit of garlic, the tomato sauce is certainly a showstopper. All of our dough is actually sourced from our local Catslip bakery. It proves for 24 hours which helps give the dough a wonderful structure, most suitable for pizzas.
