There is a lot much more than you'd think to the way in which our pizzas are prepared. Our tomato sauce is actually prepared fresh prior to every function, our dough is transported right out the neighborhood Burgates bakery, & our timber burnt in our kiln comes from the very center of Sussex’s woods. For us, operating a highly effective business enterprise would mean making excellent food and giving excellent service. We coach our employees to possess effective communication between each other and of course most importantly, with the clients. Our food vans are providing a true set of visuals and an outstanding style that could astound you from the very beginning. Well, with dark color & gold detailing, all of us have already been on the right track but once we park up, hang up those lighting, take that chalkboard out and add the final details, we'll have transformed your thoughts regarding food trucks. So what’s that they are saying? “It is not about what’s on the exterior but what’s inside that matters most?” We just take quality & traditionalism seriously, so we promise you will certainly change your mind with regards to food trucks once you find our very own. With a number of vans completely equipped, our company is geared up for just about any celebration. We are able to cater to events ranging in number from 20 or so people to as much as 500. We've several pizza trucks kitted out and raising to go to hold just about any party that you choose!
When we were studying the top wood fired pizzas oven, we couldn’t find any better than those belonging to the origin of pizza itself, Naples. Instead of settling for much less, we brought in our very own wood-fired furnace from Naples city and sent it to us in Hampshire. Our homemade tomato sauce is made fresh out of the very best quality items. We absolutely love fresh new ingredients and make use of neighborhood Italian extra virgin olive oil, tulsi, and also San Marzano tomato fruits acquired directly from Mount Vesuvius. The proof is within the pudding or in this particular case inside our dough. We procure our bread dough from a neighborhood Burgates bakery. It proves for 24 hours that helps provide the dough a great texture, well suited for pizzas. We believe in contributing to our community's wellbeing, and thus we aid our neighborhood companies. We're really centered on preparing our pizzas as authentic as possible, and we spare no expense when it comes to delivering these incredible ideas to life. With our assistance, you actually get to appreciate the typical Italian pizza taste you always preferred.
