Our Cuisine
All of our pizzas are influenced by Naples, Italy. Each pizza we actually create is totally fresh, we also create the tomato sauce right before the occasion, and the bread dough is obtained from local Buckland bakeries. And also the hardwood for our kiln is sourced right from the forest in Sussex. To us, operating a flourishing business enterprise actually means preparing very good food and giving exceptional service. We actually get trained all of our staff members in-house; they will learn the basics behind the wood-fire stove and ways to give professional services completely ready for your special event. The food trucks are providing a true variety of visuals plus an incredible style that could amaze you right from the start. Well, with darker color and gold detailing, all of us already are on the right track however, when we park up, display all those lights, take that blackboard out and add the final details, we'll have transformed your mind about food vans. In addition to that, we double-down by supplying the clients a wonderful experience thanks to these spectacular catering vehicles. We just take quality & traditionality seriously, so we promise you will definitely change your mind with regards to food trucks once you find our own. The walls & ceilings are covered with solid wood, & every little thing in the vans is well-arranged enough where we can serve from 20 to 500 men and women. The pizza vehicles look really good together with the black exterior & gold fine details, strings of lights hanging all-around the serving hatch and blackboards to provide an old-fashioned touch.
When we were exploring the top wood-fired pizzas furnace, we couldn’t find any better compared to those belonging to the homeland of pizzas itself, Naples. We went a step even more by importing our oven to Buckinghamshire right from Naples. Our homemade tomato sauce is made fresh from the best quality items. Our own tomato sauce is made with San Marzano tomatoes which come right from Mount Vesuvius. We utilize fresh tulsi, fresh garlic not to mention Italian extra virgin olive oil. Our dough is actually sourced from our local Buckland bakery. It is actually left to proof for longer than twenty four hours, that provides the superb texture which we take great pride in. We believe in giving to our community's wellbeing, and thus we support our local businesses. Even the wood we make use of originates from the nearby forests. With our assistance, you actually get to enjoy the typical Italian made pizza taste you generally preferred.
