Our Food
What makes our pizza special is the fact that it’s influenced by local pizzas done in Naples. Having resided in Sussex the vast majority of our lifetimes, we really wanted to use and support local providers. Our hardwood burnt in our kiln comes from the heart of forests in Sussex and all of our dough is supplied by a neighborhood Broughton bakery. Fresh is better and so we prepare our very own tomato sauce on a daily basis before an occasion. We have got a solid belief in customer service and also take great pride ourselves in maintaining excellent communication with the customers & employees. We actually get trained all of our staff members in house; they study the ropes behind the wood-fire furnace and how to deliver expert services ready for the function. Each of our food vans are offering a realistic set of visuals plus an incredible style that could astound you right from the start. The fact is, the exterior of our vehicles is just one of the things which will certainly delight you actually. So what’s that they are saying? “It is not really about what’s on the outside but what’s on the inside that counts?” With all the contents put forth ready, fresh new dough as well as the wood fire fired up, you simply need to stand by and watch the real magic take place. With many vehicles 100 % equipped, we are prepared for any kind of party. We can easily cater to functions ranging from 20 or so people to as much as 400-500. The pizza trucks look nice with all the black exterior & gold details, lights hanging around the food hatch & chalkboards to add an old-fashioned touch.

We know exactly how crucial it is to get fresh foods for everyone on a movie set. In addition, we know you'll need rapid and professional service, as time is certainly money. Owning & running a mobile catering service indicates we can arrive at any place. This consists of studios, woods, galaxies, kingdoms, castles & much more. You could think standing on a film set you have seen everything, but till you have witnessed us, we actually don’t believe that is correct. Our pizzas food vehicles assist individuals on movie sets with a vast array of wonderful pizza options, & we perhaps cover unique needs such as vegan, gluten-free or vegetarian. All you want to do would be to give us a call right now & our staff will be there to assist every step of the way.
If you are planning an event of any sort we'd adore to attend. Whether it is a birthday celebration or house warming, we could help to make it interesting. When someone special is becoming one full year older, irrespective of whether that's 4 or 40, nothing says celebration like a good old pizza truck decked out by having an authentic Italian rock oven! Our wood fired van will arrive & park safely for your guests to enjoy at their leisure.
Looking to cater for a stag or hen do? We do that too! However, regrettably, because of the very hot stoves, all of our chefs will have to stay fully clothed. However, rather than this, our company offers to you personally, probably the most delectable pizza you might ever come across… it truly is a win-win situation! Therefore, in case you are celebrating anything and everything in the world, we think absolutely nothing says party similar to a crisp, classic Neapolitan pizza base smothered with homemade tomato sauce and completed with the very best ingredients our local people are offering.
