When we were studying the very best wood-fired pizza oven, we couldn’t locate any better compared to those belonging to the birth place of pizza itself, Naples, Italy. We checked out the best wood-fired furnace and discovered & imported one from Naples itself. These kinds of authentic stoves are actually what you now find in our vans. Likewise, our tomato sauce is home made, so we just use the absolute best ingredients. We absolutely love fresh new items and utilize local Italian olive oil, tulsi, as well as San Marzano tomatoes procured directly from Mount Vesuvius. The proof is in the pudding or perhaps in this particular case in our dough. We get our bread dough from a neighborhood Broadplat bakery. It is actually left behind to proof for longer than one day, which gives the amazing texture which we pride ourselves on. We are very proud to say that we all get all of our items domestically here in Sussex, guaranteeing quality, while concurrently helping local business owners. We are very focused on producing our pizzas as authentic as possible, and that we spare no expense when it comes to bringing these incredible ideas for life. We worked very hard to make a real experience so you're able to taste fresh made Italian style pizza that is rustic and yummy. We want you to have the complete experience.
