Our Pizzas
Exactly what makes all of our pizzas one-of-a-kind is the fact that it is inspired by neighborhood pizza made in Naples, Italy. Our tomato sauce is prepared totally fresh just before every special occasion, our dough is transported right out the neighborhood Binfield Heath bakery, and our wood for our kiln originates from the heart of Sussex’s woods. We attempt to maintain a good sense of authenticity and therefore we include a natural, distinct approach with just about everything that our company undertake. We get trained our employees in-house; they will learn the basics right behind the wood-fire oven and exactly how to deliver competent service completely ready for the occasion. We take great pride in ourselves in being specialized as well as simply being truly friendly. We have worked really hard to create a trendy yet functional food truck that can pull up to any kind of party. But what is that they state? “It is not about what’s on the outside but what’s inside that matters?” Together with our wood covered walls and roofs, vivid lamps, a striking stove & series of ingredients, this is actually where the magic occurs! The beauty of our pizza vehicles is the fact that we can easily cater to about 20-500 people. Our pizza vehicles look really good with all the black external surfaces and gold fine details, lights hanging all-around the food hatch and blackboards to include a traditional touch.
From the very start, our focus was to create the very best pizza, and that is the key reason why we utilized as inspiration. We actually went a step more by importing our oven to Oxfordshire right from Naples. Moreover, our tomato sauce is home made, so we just use the best possible food items. Our sauce is made with San Marzano tomatoes that come straight from Mount Vesuvius. We use fresh new tulsi, garlic and of course Italian extra virgin olive oil. Our dough is actually procured right from the local Binfield Heath bakery. It is actually left behind to proof for almost twenty four hours, that provides the great texture which we pride ourselves on. We believe in giving to our community's well-being, and so we help our local businesses. Our wood to ignite the furnace is also coming from local jungles. With our assistance, you really be able to take pleasure in the traditional Italian made pizza taste you generally wished for.
