Our Food Items
Many of our pizzas are inspired by Naples city, Italy. Each pizza we actually create is totally fresh, we even produce the tomato sauce right before the function, and the dough originates from neighborhood Belmont bakeries. And also the wood for our kiln is sourced from the forest in Sussex. We try to keep up a good sense of genuineness so we add a healthy, distinct procedure with everything that our company carry out. We teach our workers to possess nice communication in between each other and needless to say most especially, with the clients. We take great pride in ourselves in truly being professional in addition to simply being highly friendly. Very well, with dark paint and gold detailing, we are already on the right track but once we park in place, hang up those lights, take that chalkboard outside & add the final particulars, we will already have changed your mind pertaining to food trucks. But what is that they state? “It is not about what’s on the exterior but what’s on the inside that matters?” With our wood covered roofs and walls, dazzling lights, an amazing stove and series of items, that's where the magic comes about! Our walls and ceilings are enclosed in solid wood, and almost everything within our vans is well-arranged enough where we could serve from 20 to as much as 500 individuals. We have a number of pizza vans attired and rearing to go to host any festivity of your choosing!
From the very start, our aim was to produce the very best pizza, & that’s the key reason why we utilized as vision. We researched the best wood fired furnace and discovered & brought in one straight from Naples itself. These kinds of authentic ovens are actually what that you currently see in every one of our trucks. Our home made tomato sauce is made fresh new using the highest quality ingredients. We love fresh new items and make use of neighborhood Italian olive oil, basil, as well as San Marzano tomatoes procured straight from Mount Vesuvius. The bread dough is procured from the neighborhood Belmont bakery shop. It proves for 24 hours which will help give the bread dough a wonderful structure, perfect for pizza. Helping local businesses and obtaining high-quality scrumptious produce is crucial to exactly who we are. Our hardwood to fire the oven is likewise coming from neighborhood woodlands. All these individual ingredients have been curated collectively to provide you, not only the most memorable and extraordinary life experience, but also the most authentic Italian flavor as well.
