Our Pizzas
Many of our pizzas are actually influenced by Naples, Italy. Having lived in Sussex the majority of our lives, we preferred to utilize & assist local small businesses. Much of our wood burnt in our kiln comes from the center of forests inside Sussex and our dough is supplied by the local Baldon Row bakery. Fresh is perfect and so we prepare our own tomato sauce every day right before an occasion. To us, operating a flourishing business would mean preparing amazing food items and presenting exceptional service. Our company educates the staff to possess effective communication between each other and of course most importantly, with the patrons. A standard belief with food trucks is usually that we produce the tastes but not the looks? The fact is, the exterior of the trucks is just one of the things that will certainly attract you actually. Regardless of whether we go to a marriage ceremony or perhaps a child’s birthday celebration, we will supply our yummy pizzas and leave you happy. We just take traditionality & quality very seriously, and we guarantee you will change your thoughts regarding food trucks once you discover our very own. The great thing about our pizza trucks is the fact that we can easily serve about 20-500 people. The pizza trucks look wonderful together with the black outer walls & gold fine details, lights hanging all over the food hatch & chalkboards to include an old-fashioned touch.
Right from the start, our aim was to produce the finest pizzas, & that’s the reason why we utilized as inspiration. Rather than compromising for much less, we brought in our very own wood-fired oven right from Naples city and sent it to us in Oxfordshire. On top of that, our tomato sauce is homemade, and we simply use the very best ingredients. Our own sauce is produced with San Marzano tomatoes which come right from Mount Vesuvius. We actually make use of fresh tulsi, garlic not to mention Italian extra virgin olive oil. All of our dough is procured directly from the neighborhood Baldon Row bakery. It is actually left to proof for longer than one day, which provides the fantastic texture which we take great pride in. We understand in giving to our own community's wellbeing, and therefore we help our neighborhood businesses. Perhaps even the solid wood we make use of originates from the neighborhood woodlands. All these individual ingredients have been curated together to present you, not just the most exceptional and memorable life experience, but also the most traditional Italian flavor too.
