Our Pizzas
Our pizzas are actually influenced by Naples city, Italy. Having lived in Sussex most of our lives, we really preferred to utilize & support local providers. Much of our wood burnt in our kiln is from the center of woods in Sussex and all of our dough is supplied by the local Alresford bakery. Fresh is perfect so we prepare our very own tomato sauce every day prior to a special event. We try to maintain a good sense of genuineness so we add a healthy, one-of-a-kind method with everything that we carry out. Our firm educates the staff members to have effective communication in between each other and of course most importantly, with our patrons. We pride ourselves in truly being professional while also being very warm and friendly. Very well, with dark paint and gold detailing, we already are on the right course but when we park up, hang up all those lighting effects, take that chalkboard out and add the very final particulars, we will already have transformed your mind pertaining to food trucks. Furthermore, we actually double-down by providing our clientele a great experience because of these spectacular catering vehicles. We take traditionalism and quality very seriously, and we guarantee you will change your thoughts about food vehicles once you find our own. Our walls and ceilings are covered with solid wood, and everything in the vans is well-arranged enough where we can serve up from 20 to as much as 500 people. We have a number of pizza trucks attired and rearing to go to host just about any social gathering that you choose!
Right from the start, our company's main objective was to produce the best pizzas, and that is exactly why we used as inspiration. We went a step more by importing the furnace to Essex directly from Naples. On top of that, the tomato sauce is home made, so we just use the absolute best food items. Our own sauce is produced with San Marzano tomatoes which come right from Mount Vesuvius. We actually make use of organic tulsi, garlic and of course Italian extra virgin olive oil. The proof is within the pudding or in this case inside our dough. We source our bread dough from the neighborhood Alresford bakery. It proves all day and night that helps provide the dough a wonderful structure, perfect for pizza. We are very pleased to state that we source all our ingredients locally within Sussex, making sure high-quality, whilst simultaneously assisting local businesses. We are extremely devoted to making the pizza as traditional as feasible, and we spare no expense when it comes to delivering all these fantastic secrets to daily life. We have worked very hard to produce a real experience so that you can taste fresh made Italian style pizzas that is rustic & scrumptious. We want you to have the total experience.
